Venue Link Systems, a trade name of TMHPD LLC, sends text messages to wedding venue owners and their staff who have given us their mobile number and agreed to receive them.

We do not text couples. If you are planning a wedding, any message you receive comes from the venue you are working with, under the venue's own terms.

Messages about your enquiry, scheduling and confirming your walkthrough, and your account with us.

Message frequency varies. Expect roughly 2 to 6 messages per month, and more around a scheduled walkthrough.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets those rates, not us. We do not charge you for messages.

You opt in by ticking the text message consent box on one of our forms, or by texting us first.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.

The consent box is separate from accepting our Terms of Service, and it is never pre ticked.

We do not text anyone who has not opted in, and we do not buy or use purchased contact lists.

Reply STOP to any message from us. We will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then we will stop.

You can also email support@venuelinksystems.com and ask us to stop. We honour any clear request to stop, however you make it, and we record it.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that every message arrives.

Mobile information and text messaging originator opt in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes.
